    So sad to share with you that my dear friend, colleague and trainer, Retired Captain Chip Theodore, passed away earlier this year. He was a pioneer in the field of Peer Support and innovative Behavioral Health programs for First Responders. Chip will truly be missed. At the time of his passing he was working as the Behavioral Health Coordinator for Fairfax County Fire and Rescue… Rest in Peace dear friend…
